Delivery time can be varied between 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Additional days may be required for delivery.

Shipping costs are not included in the price. The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The brand-new Ego Caddy V3 includes free shipping to 48 states in the U.S. and Canada.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are glad to accept returns for new, unused products within 15 days of the purchase date.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged to customers.

Returns for used products are not acceptable. Ego Caddy with any wheel marks is not returnable.

All returns must be authorized with an order number.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

We reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria for new or unused products.
